PVC Wrapping

In our PVC foil wrapping department, we apply PVC foil on profiles with our fully automatic primer and hot-melt adhesive machines purchased from Europe. Most of our coating is done on door and window profiles. In this context, the profiles of Profine - which is one of the leading PVC window companies in Germany - known with its Kömmerling brand, are wrapped in our company as a result of the agreement made with this company. Furthermore, in line with the demands our company receives, we are capable of wrapping all types of aluminum and PVC profiles using 200mm wide foils. Renolit and Skai are used as standard foil brands in our facilities while different foils can also be used in accordance with the demands of our customers. Within this scope, supplementary materials such as adhesives, hardeners, hot-melt adhesives and primers are imported from Europe.
