Extrusion

With its 1650, 1320 and 700 ton extrusion presses that use 178, 152 and 110mm diameter billets, and with its facilities having more than 9000 mold archives,  Alpsan Aluminum  has an annual production capacity of 13,200 tons of aluminum profiles.  
The defect ratio is minimized in the processes where state-of-the-art control systems are used at every point of production. In all its products, as standard, Alpsan A.Ş. makes production in compliance with DIN 12020-2 tolerance.
